The I Ukrainian Energy Week '18 was held on November 19-21, 2018 in NSC "Olimpiyskiy", Kyiv, Ukraine. The event united four important Ukrainian forums, which have been gathering the main players of market in energy industry for three years:

Registration is possible only on personal corporate email (not general corporate).
Participation is available only for the C-suite executives.
Founder, Owner, Chairman of the Board, Vice President, General Manager, Managing Partner, Board Member, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer, Executive Director, Sales Director, Head of the Representative Office, Ambassador, Commercial Attache and their First Deputies.
Participation fee includes:
Participation in the Forum according to purchased option;
All forum’s materials including the list of participants, photos and online video recording of the Forum; Coffee breaks, lunch and dinner reception.
You will be invoiced on receipt of your confirmation. Payment has to be received within 5 days of receipt of invoice. Should you fill the registration form less than 5 days before a conference, then the amount due has to be paid before the conference starts, so that you will be able to take part.
Your registration may only be cancelled by notifying the Organizing Committee via email@example.com no later than 10 calendar days before the event. Cancellation fee of the full amount of the participation fee will apply. It may be necessary, for reasons beyond the control of the organiser, to change the content of the programme, the date of the event or the venue.
*1-on-1 Bespoke Meetings organizing with the support of Forum organizers. We will arrange from 1 to 3 meetings with a selected companies – conference participants. Before the Conference day you should leave an application and we will arrange for you the meeting(s) with a selected companies. Furthermore, in case of agreement absence, you can change your application form before the conference day. Meetings are held only with private companies. If the meeting(s) don’t get a chance to hold, we refund the sum. The holding of the very least one or two meetings is not an argument for partial or full sum refunding.
