Organizer keeps the wright to change the date and venue of the event, programm of the forum with obligatory informing of the participants not less then 2 weeks prior.

Your registration can be canceled only after notification of organization cometee via e-mail: contact@a7conf.com not less then 10 calendar days before the event othervise the payment is non-refundable.

*Organization of one to one meetings during the conference: we will appoint from one to three meetings with chosen companies among the participants in case of mutual interest. You have to make a request before the beginning of the event. If none of the desired partners are available for the meeting you will get a full refund.
